If your customers have multiple opportunities, SmartMoving goes through a series of checks to find the "best opportunity" that the most relevant one that you'd want information for in MailChimp.

First, it looks for any upcoming jobs that are still open. It will use the closest upcoming job if multiple are present.

If there's no upcoming jobs, then it will look for the most recently completed job.

If still no match is found, at that point it will sort all opportunities for that customer by their service date, and get the one with the latest date, and use that information.
