The Sales Commission Summary report can be found in the Reports module.
The report enables you to see the total estimated and invoiced amounts of closed jobs by sales person. Using this data, you can choose to pay commissions, bonuses, etc. based on the performance of your sales team.
You can adjust the time period of the report, as well as filter to a specific branch, using the filters at the top of the report:
Only revenue from closed jobs is included in this report. If a job is completed, but has not yet been closed via the Accounting Module, the job's revenue will not be included in this report.
This report filters by job date. Each job on an estimate is tracked separately.
Consider the following example:
There are two jobs on a single estimate. The Packing day occurred in March, so its revenue will be included in the Sales Commission Summary report for March. The Moving job occurred in April, so its revenue will be included in the report for April.
Do note that, for this report, the dropoff date does not affect when the revenue appears.
