Leads Submitted by a Lead Provider
10 DLC regulations state that we are not allowed to send SMS messages to customers that reached out for a quote through a lead provider. Instead, this notification can be sent to your customers as an email. To enable this notification to be sent by email follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Communication -> Email and SMS Templates.
Step 2: Select the template labeled, New Quote Request Response.
Note: To ensure that this notification is enabled check that the toggle switch by the notification is turned to on. If the toggle switch is green than the notification is enabled.
Step 3: From the drop-down menu on the template editor, select the option to send this notification via Email & SMS or by email.
Note: Leads Submitted by Your Website can still receive the SMS notification if SMS is selected here.

All leads that are submitted by your website can receive the New Quote Request Response notification by email and by SMS depending on how your template is configured.
