How to Customize Your Wheaton Customer Portal

When you send an estimate to a customer, the first page that they will be brought to is a live web page called the Customer Portal. Once a Wheaton tariff has been added to your tariff library, your interstate Customer Portal will be updated to reflect a Wheaton estimate. All settings for that pricing type are customizable, like our other Customer Portal page.


Customize Your Interstate Customer Portal Settings

Step 1: To customize your settings, navigate to your Online Estimates section under the settings module.

Step 2: Locate the Interstate section.

Step 3: Select the interstate pricing type that you want to adjust the settings for.

Step 4: Select how you want the price to display on the Customer Portal.


Step 5: Select to show or hide the various items that are listed.


Step 6: Add any necessary attachments that you want to include on the Customer Portal by selecting Add Attachment. SmartMoving is automatically including the Wheaton transit guide.



Step 7: Enter any necessary Header Notes.

Step 8: Adjust the Footer Notes if necessary. SmartMoving is including the Surface Transportation Board Consumer Protection Notice in this section for you automatically.

Step 9: Select Save Changes.
