SmartMoving allows you to search by the official QuickBooks invoice number using the global search bar. This makes it easy to locate and manage specific invoices tied to opportunities.
Where to Search
Go to the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page to use the global search bar.
Go to the Moving tab.
Enter the QuickBooks invoice number you’re looking for.
Click the result to open the invoice detail view, where you can review or resend the invoice.
