Customers can view, download, and pay invoices through the Customer Portal. To allow full online invoice payments, you must add a payment button to your invoice email template.
Add the “Pay Your Invoice” Button
Step 1: Edit the Invoice Email Template
Navigate to Settings
Select Communication
Click Email/SMS Templates
In the After Job section, open the Send Invoice template
Step 2: Insert the Payment Button
This inserts a secure payment link into the email.
Step 3: Preview and Save
Once saved, customers who receive this invoice email will be able to:
View their invoice
Download a copy
Submit payment securely through the Customer Portal
