A provider key uniquely identifies a lead source for leads that you send to your SmartMoving account. Provider keys can be manually copied from your account or automatically emailed to your lead provider or website developer in the instance you want leads sent in from a website form.
IMPORTANT: Every Provider key / URL and set of instructions is unique for each lead provider or your website. Do not send the same URL / Key to multiple lead sources or your lead source will not be accurate for your incoming leads.
Automatically sending your provider key to a lead provider or website developer
Navigate to Settings > Sales > Lead Providers (or click here to go directly to the page).
First, click the toggle to enable a lead provider company or "Your Website" for leads you want to be collected from a website quote request form.
Note: The toggle will be green once enabled.
Next, SmartMoving will prompt you to send an email (to the provider or contact) that contains instructions for setting up as well as the Provider key itself. This is optional.
Manually copying the provider key and viewing instructions for a lead source
If you wish to view the instructions or the entire URL for the lead source, click View Instructions.
Note: You can also categorize leads by branch.
