Beginning with SmartMoving 2.0, paystubs are created for legal-sized paper. This change was necessary in order support the new commissionable charge types that were added to the system.
It is still possible to print the new paystubs on letter-sized paper.
Printing on letter-sized paper in Google Chrome
Press the "Print Pay Details" button to open the paystub. If the paystub is downloaded to your computer, re-open it in Google Chrome.
Press the "Print" button on the PDF view.
Expand the "More Settings" section.
Change the "Scale" option to "Fit to printable area:"
Press the "Print" button.
Printing on letter-sized paper in Microsoft Edge
Press the "Print Pay Details" button to open the paystub. If the paystub is downloaded to your computer, re-open it in Microsoft Edge.
Press the "Print" button on the PDF view.
Expand the "More Settings" section.
Change the "Scale (%)" option to "Fit to printable area:"
Press the "Print" button.
The size of the text may shrink to accommodate additional columns when you print a paystub on letter-sized paper.
