Once a customer has paid their deposit or otherwise notified that the booking is confirmed, complete the following steps.
Click the Smart Action button to confirm the opportunity.
If there are multiple jobs for the opportunity, select which jobs are confirmed.
Select which contacts to notify of the confirmation.
Note: The contacts will be notified based on the settings set up for notifications. To review or change these settings, go to Settings > Communication > Email / SMS Templates > Job Confirmed.
Click Yes, Proceed.
Note: If there are multiple jobs for the opportunity but all of them are not confirmed, the Smart Action button will continue to display Confirm until all jobs are confirmed.
