The Marketing Overview page in SmartMoving provides insight into your company’s marketing performance and online reputation activity. By centralizing key metrics and trends, the Overview helps you understand how reviews, sentiment, and social activity are performing over time.

What Is the Marketing Overview?

The Marketing Overview is a dashboard within the Marketing module that displays high-level analytics related to:

  • Customer reviews and sentiment

  • Social media activity

  • Overall marketing performance trends

The data shown depends on whether you are subscribed to Online Reputation Management (ORM).

Accessing the Marketing Overview

To view the Marketing Overview:

  1. Navigate to the Marketing module

  2. Select Overview

The page opens with a snapshot of your current marketing and reputation activity.

Marketing Overview for ORM Subscribers

Customers with ORM enabled have access to a full suite of analytics and reporting tools.

These insights may include:

  • Reviews over time

  • Customer sentiment trends

  • Volume of social posts created through SmartMoving

  • Performance patterns across platforms

These metrics help you evaluate what’s working and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Overview for Non-ORM Customers

Customers without ORM enabled can still access a limited version of the Marketing Overview.

This view provides:

  • A high-level snapshot of company-wide marketing activity

  • Reduced access to detailed metrics and trend analysis

Some data points may be restricted or unavailable without an ORM subscription.

Using Marketing Overview Data Effectively

The Marketing Overview is designed to support data-driven decision-making.

You can use this information to:

  • Track changes in customer sentiment over time

  • Monitor review volume and engagement

  • Evaluate consistency in social posting

  • Identify areas where automation or follow-up could improve results

Reviewing this data regularly helps ensure your marketing and reputation strategies stay aligned with business goals.

Best Practices for Reviewing Analytics

  • Check the Overview on a regular schedule

  • Look for trends rather than single data points

  • Pair analytics with review and crew performance insights

  • Use insights to refine messaging and workflows
