The Booking Percent operations report can be found in the Reports module.

This report shows you the total number of opportunities booked for each type of survey: on-site, virtual, and phone. The report can be filtered to show your data by either Job Date (the date of the move day on the opportunity) or Date Received (the date the the opportunity was received or created).

You can also filter to see data for a specific sales person and/or branch.

The report starts by showing you the total number of opportunities for each type in the report period (the Total Opportunities Column).

Of those, the report then shows you how many were booked (Total Booked), as well as the percentage booked and total dollar value of those opportunities that were booked. These metrics can help you determine if the various survey methods are helping you book more opportunities, and whether those opportunities have a higher average value than opportunities where no survey was performed.
