Once a client has signed their estimate, you may not want them to be able to make any changes to their inventory. We allow for you to lock your inventory, which will prevent your customers from being able to make any adjustments to their inventory from the Customer Portal page.
Lock the Inventory
Navigate to the Estimate tab on an opportunity.
Locate the Inventory panel.
Select Unlocked to lock the inventory.
4. The label will show as Locked once the inventory has been locked.
Note: to unlock the inventory select Locked and your customer will once again be able to manage their inventory from the Customer Portal page.
