How do I download the application?

Once your company admin has purchased a Pre-Move Survey Application license, the surveyor will download the Pre-Move Survey Application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to their iPad or tablet.

How do I log in to the application?

To log into the Pre-Move Survey Application the surveyor will use their login credentials that they use as an office user in the SmartMoving web application.

How do I get access to the application?

To use the Pre-Move Survey Application your admin will need to purchase an app license for you. Please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager for more information on purchasing app licenses. For more information read this article: How to Access the Pre-Move Survey Application.

Can I download the application on my smartphone?

This application is to be used on a tablet for the best experience. We do not support using the application on a smartphone.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use the application?

You do not need Wi-Fi to use the application. The application is offline capable. To learn more about syncing your data to SmartMoving with the offline capable app, visit this article: Sync a Pre-Move Survey Application Inventory to SmartMoving.

Can I change the display of the application to landscape mode?

The application is locked in portrait mode. The application is designed to be used only in portrait mode.


How do my surveys populate on the Pre-Move Survey Application?

Do 1.0 opportunities work on the Pre-Move Survey Application?

No, only surveys that have been created for a 2.0 opportunity will populate on the Pre-Move Survey Application.
