SmartMoving's Pre-Move Survey Application makes completing an inventory survey a breeze! The application is offline capable and is designed to be used directly from the surveyor's tablet or iPad. The Pre-Move Survey is available with the purchase of an App license. The price for the license is $35. Below are the steps for obtaining the App license.

Step 1: Reach out to support or your CSM and notify them that you would like to purchase a Pre-Move Survey Application App license.

Step 2: The SmartMoving representative that you are working with will then ask for your confirmation of the $35-a-month charge for the app license. You will get a trial license for 30 days at no cost and can cancel prior to the end of that if you would like.

Step 3: Once you have given your confirmation of the charge our team will get to work adding the app license for you.

Step 4: Once the license has been added, our team will notify you that the license is now available to allocate to your company's surveyor.

Step 5: The company admin or someone with permissions to the settings module will navigate to the company's user management settings.

Step 6: Select the user to whom you want to allocate the Pre-Move Survey Application license.

​Step 7: From the Application Access section, enable the Pre-Move Survey toggle switch for the user.

Note: The toggle switch will be green once the user has been enabled. This action will allocate the Pre-Move Survey Application license to that user.

Step 8: Click Save.

Once a user has been allocated the Pre-Move Survey Application license, they can navigate to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to download the Pre-Move Survey Application to their tablet or iPad.

In the Apple Store, search for SmartMoving. From there, select the SmartMoving Crew Application. On that page, select SmartMoving. From there a list will populate of all the SmartMoving applications. From the list select Get next to the SmartMoving Pre-Move Survey Application.

In the Google Play Store, search SmartMoving Pre-Move Survey. Once you have located the application, select Install to download the application to your device.

After the application has been downloaded, the surveyor is ready to log into the Pre-Move Survey Application to complete their first on-site survey. To log in, the surveyor will enter the same credentials that they use as an office user to log in to the SmartMoving web application.
