Overview

The Valuation Selection Made notification alerts the assigned salesperson when a shipper selects valuation coverage in the Customer Portal and signs the estimate.

This helps sales teams stay informed and take timely follow-up actions on opportunities with valuation charges.

This notification is part of the Active Opportunity communication templates and can be sent by email, SMS, or both.

Before You Start

Before configuring this notification, confirm the following:

  • You have access to Company Settings.

  • You can manage Email / SMS Templates.

  • A salesperson is assigned to the opportunity.
