Overview
TOB-E is your AI assistant inside SmartMoving, included with your SmartMoving subscription. Account owners always have TOB-E access, and only owners can turn on TOB-E for other members of the team, one user at a time. If you are looking to enable TOB-E for your team, you must reach out to an account owner.
When you turn on TOB-E for a user, they can:
Open the TOB-E chat and ask questions about your business data.
Opt into the Daily Morning Briefing email.
A user with TOB-E access can ask about sensitive company data, including revenue, sales performance by salesperson, customer records, job details, and crew schedules. Turn on TOB-E only for team members who should see that information.
Before You Start
TOB-E access is set per user. Each user starts with TOB-E turned off until an owner turns it on.
Account owners always have TOB-E access and are not affected by this setting.
Only office users can be given TOB-E access. Crew member profiles do not have a TOB-E option.
The change takes effect the next time the user logs in.

In SmartMoving, go to Settings → Company Settings → User Management.

The next time the user logs in, the TOB-E icon appears in their top navigation bar and they can open the TOB-E chat.
What Your Team Member Sees First
The first time a user opens TOB-E, a welcome message introduces the assistant. It explains that AI can get things wrong and that answers should be double-checked, and it describes what TOB-E can see in your company's SmartMoving data.
The welcome message also asks whether the user wants the Daily Morning Briefing.
The user sets the Send me the Daily Morning Briefing toggle, then clicks I understand to start using TOB-E.
Note: If the user opts into the Daily Morning Briefing, their email address is added to the recipient list in Settings → Company Settings → Morning Briefing. You can add or remove briefing recipients there at any time.

Troubleshooting
The TOB-E toggle does not appear on a user's profile. The TOB-E toggle appears in the Integration Access section of office user profiles only. Crew member profiles do not have a TOB-E option.
You turned on TOB-E but the user does not see it. TOB-E access takes effect the next time the user logs in. Ask the user to log out of SmartMoving and log back in.
Does TOB-E cost extra for additional users? No. TOB-E is included with your SmartMoving subscription at no extra charge, for every user you turn it on for.
