Enabling / Disabling New Lead Notifications

Learn how to configure these per Sales Person, and make sure they're enabled for your company in general.

Making sure you get prompt notifications about new leads is critical. You can choose to get these notifications in the application, by email, by text message, or both.

Setting Up Your Personal Notifications

Step 1: Go to your profile settings. This is accessed by going to the top-right of the application, clicking your initials, then selecting "My Account".

Step 2: Enter your Mobile Number (if not already present) and view which email address the system uses for you.

Step 3: Select which of the 3 options (or any combination) for how you want to receive the notifications.

Enabling the Notification for Your Company

Before anyone can get notifications, you need to make sure they are enabled. This needs to be performed by someone with Admin access.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Communication -> Email/SMS Templates

Step 2: Locate the "New Quote Received" email under the "New Opportunity" section. Enable the "New Quote Received" email and SMS notification to be sent to your office users.

Note: The toggle switch will be green once the notification has been enabled.

You have the ability to edit this notification template, by clicking on the blue link.

Once on the template editor you can verify that the notification is being sent by both Email and SMS. If it is set to "Email Only" or "SMS Only", then only that respective type will be sent out.
