Enable the Combined Sales and Estimator Statistics and Notifications Setting

To enable the combined sales and estimator statistics and notifications setting, navigate to the settings module. From there, under the sales settings locate the common section. One on the Sales Settings Common page, you will find a toggle switch labeled "Enable combined sales and estimator statistics and notifications". To enable this setting, turn the toggle switch to on.

โ€‹Note: The toggle switch will become green once enabled.

Finally, select Save Changes.

Combined Statistics

Enabling the combined sales and estimator statistics and notifications settings will affect your statistics in two separate locations in SmartMoving. The first is on the sales dashboard. If this setting is enabled, your dashboard will also include the metrics for the opportunities that you are assigned as the estimator or as the salesperson.

The second place where your statistics will now include combined information is in the Reporting module. Your reports will now include data from any opportunity that you are assigned as either the salesperson or as the estimator.

Combined Notifications

If you are assigned as either the estimator or the salesperson on an opportunity and you have the "Enable combined sales and estimator statistics and notifications:" setting enabled, then you will receive relevant notifications for that opportunity. If you are the estimator or salesperson assigned to an opportunity, you will receive the following notifications:

  • Inbox notifications for unread email and SMS messages.

  • An email notification when a payment has been made on the opportunity.

  • An email notification when the customer has submitted their inventory on the opportunity that you are assigned.

  • An email notification when a document is signed for the opportunity you are assigned.

  • An email notification when the customer has accepted the estimate for the opportunity that you are assigned.

Note: All of these notifications can be enabled or disabled in either your My Account settings or the Communication settings for your company.
