How do I relate my SmartMoving branches to QuickBooks locations?

First, you'll need to enable "Locations" in QuickBooks. This can be done by logging into QuickBooks, going to the menu from the top-right, going to Advanced, then scroll down to "Categories", and enable "Track locations".

Now open any invoice. You'll see a "Location" field on the right. Expand the drop-down, select "Add New", and add your Locations.

Now that you've added your Locations, head back to SmartMoving, and go to Settings -> Integrations -> Integration Library. From the Integration Library select Manage on the QuickBooks panel.

From the QuickBooks integration page, select Manage next to the QuickBooks account that needs to be updated.

Once you are viewing the desired QuickBooks account, select the settings icon.


Now from the slide-out screen, select "Update Lists".

Once it has finished, go to the "Location Mappings" tab, and now you can set them as desired.

You're all set!
