You can override a daily rate to reflect a holiday rate or any other daily rate changes.
Setting permissions for who can override daily crew rates
Navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Roles and Permissions (or click here to go directly to the page).
Under the Actions section in the Override Daily Rates row, select the roles that you wish to grant the ability to override daily rates.
Overriding daily crew rates
Navigate to Calendar (or click here to go directly to the page) and select any date.
Click the rate for any of the crew options and enter a new rate to override it for that day. This rate will not replace the daily rate set up in your settings—it only changes the rate for the selected date.
