You can connect your RingCentral phone integration to seamlessly call customers right from SmartMoving. If you have a RingCentral Core plan, (Legacy plans Premium or Ultimate) your call recordings will also save directly to the customer's opportunity in SmartMoving.
Note: If you have the RingCentral Core plan (Legacy plans Essentials or Standard), calls will still be logged in the opportunity, but the call recording won't be captured.
The integration is available for clients that are on our Professional Plan. Below you will find the steps for enabling the Ring Central integration, but for more information visit our, RingCentral FAQs page.
