How to Make Calls from Your Browser by Default?
In order for calls to be placed in SmartMoving, they must be made from your browser window. To adjust your settings, follow the steps included below.

โStep 1: Navigate to the calling section on the sales tab of an opportunity.
Step 2: Select to call the customer or to dial a number.
Step 3: From the RingCentral widget click on the settings icon.
Step 4: Click on the option labeled "Calling".
Step 5: From the dropdown menu select the option labeled "Browser".
Step 6: Click Save.
