You can use SmartMoving to call customers if
your company has a RingCentral account
an admin has set up the RingCentral integration and given you access
If the above items are true, complete the following steps to connect your RingCentral phone number to SmartMoving and make your first call.
Log out and back in to SmartMoving.
Open the sales profile for the customer you want to call.
Click Call to call the listed number, or click Dial Number to dial a different number.
Click Sign In and use the pop up window to sign in to RingCentral.
Click Authorize.
Click I accept.
Now you're ready to make your first call!
After the call, the call recording will appear below the sales activity (for RingCentral Advanced plans only, legacy plans Premium and Ultimate).
Note: RingCentral will periodically make you log back in for security purposes.
