While conducting a survey, there may be times when a custom item needs to be added to the item list. The Pre-Move Survey Application allows for a surveyor to create a custom item quickly and easily while completing the survey.
How to Create a Custom Item
Step 1: Navigate to the survey that you are completing.
Step 2: Select the room you are inventorying from the room list.
Step 3: Click + Add Items.
Step 4: Click + Custom Item.
Step 5: From the slide-out screen, enter the Item Name.
Step 6: Enter the volume of the item.
Step 7: The weight will be calculated for you based on the volume of the item and the density factor setting of this survey. You can override the weight of the item if needed.
Step 8: Enter the amount of the item that is going and the amount that is not going.
Step 9: Enter the item description if needed, this step is not required.
Step 10: Enter any additional notes about the item if needed, this step is not required.
Step 11: Click Create.
