The Pre-Move Survey Application will have the density factor automatically set, based on your Volume to Weight Ratio settings in SmartMoving. You are able to adjust the density factor per survey that you are completing, easily from the Pre-Move Survey Application.
Change the Density Factor
Step 1: Navigate to the survey that you are completing.
Step 2: Select Start Inventory.
Step 3: From the room list screen, click Density.
Step 4: Select the new density factor.
Step 5: Click Change Density Factor.
Note: Changing the density factor on a survey will not override any manual weight entries.
