You can easily insert a notes template anywhere there are notes in SmartMoving by using the Text Blaze plugin. This plugin is free to download and allows you to build out your own snippets that you can insert in SmartMoving.

You can download the Text Blaze plugin to your computer by following this link: Text Blaze Dashboard.

Once you have downloaded the Text Blaze plugin, you are ready to create your first snippet template.

Step 1: Click on the plus icon to create a snippet.

Step 2: Label your snippet. The label should be what describes the snippet.

Step 3: Enter the shortcut you would like to use to insert this template somewhere.

Step 4: In the text area, type out the snippet template that you want to use in SmartMoving.

Whether you are adding a note from the sales screen or entering customer notes on the estimate editor, you can use your new snippet template anywhere that you can enter notes in SmartMoving.

Step 1: In the text area type out the shortcut that you defined when creating your snippet template.

Step 2: Your Snippet Template will be automatically inserted in the notes section for you to use.
