Registering with NationalExpress Move

Learn how to register your moving company as a NationalExpress Move (NEX) affiliate in SmartMoving to earn commissions on lead referrals, including the affiliate signup form and payment details.

Overview

Registering with NationalExpress Move (NEX) lets your moving company earn commissions for referring leads to NationalExpress Move. You register from the SmartMoving Integration Library by completing the affiliate signup form. The affiliate signup form does not ask for a tax ID or a Social Security Number.


Before You Start

  • You register with NationalExpress Move (NEX) in SmartMoving under Settings, then Integrations. Changing integration settings requires an admin role (typically the owner).

  • Only US addresses are supported for NationalExpress Move referrals.

  • You choose an email and password during registration. Save these, because you use them to sign in to the NEX portal.

How to register with NationalExpress Move

  1. In SmartMoving, go to Settings, then Integrations.

  2. Find NationalExpress Move and select Register. The Affiliate Registration form opens.

  3. Complete Company Information: company name, company phone number, and company address. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

  4. Complete Main Company Contact, including the email and a password for the NEX portal.

  5. Complete Payment Information. This section asks for the payment company name and address. You do not need to enter a tax ID (EIN or FEIN) or a Social Security Number. Select Use company address for payment to reuse your company address.

  6. Complete the Accounting Company Contact and Settlement Company Contact sections. Select Same as main contact in either section to reuse your main contact details.

  7. Select Register. A confirmation window opens, and NationalExpress Move validates your registration.

  8. When registration finishes, the window shows Registration Complete with your Affiliate ID. Select Finish to close the window.

After you register, SmartMoving shows your Affiliate ID and a Log in to NationalExpress Move button. Manage your NEX account, including credentials and payment information, in the NEX portal.


What information the affiliate signup form requires

The NationalExpress Move (NEX) affiliate signup form collects your company details, your contacts, and your payment company details. It does not require a tax ID (EIN or FEIN) or a Social Security Number. The Payment Information section asks only for the payment company name and, when it differs from your company address, a payment address.


Best Practices

  • Save the email and password you choose during registration. You use them to sign in to the NEX portal.

  • Select Use company address for payment and Same as main contact to fill the affiliate signup form faster when the details match.

  • Keep your NationalExpress Move account details current in the NEX portal after you register.


Troubleshooting

What do I do if I see "Registration Problem" during NationalExpress Move registration?

If registration cannot finish, the confirmation window shows Registration Problem with an error message. Select Retry to submit the affiliate signup form again. If registration still does not finish, contact SmartMoving Support. If you try to register again and see a message that the account is already registered, your registration went through and no further action is needed.
