When your company receives an interstate lead that you are unable to service, you can send that lead to NationalExpress Move and be paid a commission on the completed move for the lead referral. The NationalExpress Move Referral Details Report makes it easy to track the lead referral you sent to NEX right from SmartMoving.
NationalExpress Move Referral Details
The report allows you to view information quickly about the lead referrals that you have sent to NationalExpress Move. This allows you to track your metrics at a glance and view your commissions as they are earned per completed move. The information that can be viewed for each lead referral includes:
Referral Date: The date that the lead referral was sent to NationalExpress Move.
Referral #: The referral number assigned to the lead by NationalExpress Move.
Customer Name: The name submitted as the customer's name on the lead.
Move Date: The date was submitted as the date of service for the lead referral.
Status: The current status of the lead. The status of your lead can be open, won, appointment, paid, or lost. SmartMoving will reach out to NationalExpress Move every twelve hours for a status update.
Sent by Salesperson: The name of the office user of your company that sent the lead referral to NationalExpress Move.
Completed Date: The date that the move was completed.
Commission: The amount of commission that you will earn for that lead referral.
Sort and Export
The NationalExpress Move Referral Details Report allows you to adjust the lead referrals that are populating based on if you select to view the leads based on their referral date, move date, or completed date.
The date filtering allows you to select the specific date ranges that you want to view on the report or allows you to select date ranges such as this week, this year, last month, or last quarter.
Note: Additional filtering options are not available for this report.
This report can be exported one time or scheduled to be exported on a recurring basis. You can enter multiple recipients to receive the exported report.
