How It Works
The Publish function lets users select a specific date or a range of dates for publishing.
Things to consider
Users cannot select past dates.
Publishing is limited to a maximum of one month at a time.
The system provides clear indicators to help users understand the status of their selected dates:
If no jobs are scheduled for a selected date, the system will indicate that there are no scheduled jobs.
If jobs exist but do not need publishing (because they have already been published), the system will display a message clarifying that no publishing action is required.
If the crew job notification package is enabled, notifications will be sent out based on the updated schedule.
