One-time campaigns send a single email to a specific audience on a chosen date and time (or immediately). Once sent, the campaign is complete and does not send again.
Use one-time campaigns for newsletters, announcements, promotions, or any message you only want to send once.
Step 1: Go to Smart Marketing
When you open Smart Marketing, you’ll land on the Campaigns tab. This is your starting point.
Step 2: Create a New Campaign
Click New Campaign
Select One-Time Campaign
Enter a campaign name (for example, September Newsletter)
(Optional) Add a short description to help you identify it later
Click Create Campaign
Step 3: Choose or Create a Segment
Select the audience that should receive your email.
Choose an existing segment, or
Click Create a new segment to build one
Tip: One-time campaigns send only to contacts who meet the segment criteria at the scheduled send time.
Step 4: Add Campaign Details
Enter a subject line
Select the Brand the email should be sent from
SmartMoving automatically includes an unsubscribe link in every email.
Step 5: Select and Edit a Template
Choose a template from the library, duplicate an existing one, or start from scratch
Edit the content using the drag-and-drop editor
Use merge tags (like customer name or move date) to personalize your message
Save your changes and click Next
Step 6: Review Recipients
Review the number of contacts who will receive the email.
If the count doesn’t look right:
Go back and review your segment conditions
Step 7: Schedule or Send
Choose a send date and time, or
Click Send Now to send immediately
Click Schedule to finish.
Done!
Your email will send once, to all contacts who qualify at the scheduled time.
