Review Reminders are automated messages sent to customers to encourage them to complete a review after their move. These reminders help ensure customers don’t forget to share their feedback, even if they skip the initial survey.
Reminders run automatically once enabled, reducing the need for manual outreach.
How Review Reminders Work
Once a move is completed:
A review survey can be sent automatically to the customer
If the survey is not completed, SmartMoving can send up to three additional reminders
Each reminder uses its own customizable template
The first reminder can be sent immediately (approximately 30 seconds after the job is finalized), with additional reminders scheduled afterward.

Select Marketing
Click Review Reminders
From this page, you can:
