SmartMoving retains all of the documents your customers sign (estimate, contract or addendum). Signed documents are stored along with the opportunity those documents were initially associated with.
Viewing Signed Documents
Navigate to Customers (or click here to go directly to the page) and select the name of the applicable customer and the desired job number.
Open the opportunity and click the Estimate tab.
Navigate to the Information panel.
Locate the View Documents icon.
Then, view the list of all documents associated with the opportunity. Each document will have a label to show which are signed and which are unsigned. Click any document to see it.
Note: If a document requires multiple signatures, the document label will show as In Progress until all signatures have been captured.
