To add an opportunity to your job calendar, you'll book it.
When the job is booked but not confirmed, it will appear on your job calendar with an empty purple circle.
Once the job is booked and confirmed, the circle will change to green.
Book an opportunity
Open an opportunity and click the Estimate tab.
If you've already sent an estimate to the customer, click the Smart Action button to book the opportunity.
Note: If you have not yet sent the estimate but want to go ahead and book it, click the dropdown on the Smart Action button and select Book Estimate.
Select which contacts to send the booking confirmation to.
โNote: The contacts will be notified based on the settings set up for notifications. To review or change these settings, go to Settings > Communication > Email / SMS Templates > Opportunity Booked.Click Yes, Proceed.
