If an affiliate is not utilizing our Affiliate Portal or you need to enter a new lead manually, you are able to select the affiliate the referral source for that lead. This will allow for you to track all of the leads submitted by the affiliate.
Select an Affiliate When Creating a New Lead
Step 1: Click on the + icon in the top right menu and select New Lead.
Step 2: Enter the new Customer's Name and if desired, their email address.
Step 3: In the Referral Source Field, click on the drop-down menu and select Affiliate.
Step 4: Search the affiliate list and select the affiliate that submitted the new lead.
Step 5: If the affiliate is not already on your affiliate list you can add them to your list by typing their name and selecting, Add Affiliate.
Note: To invite this affiliate to the Affiliate Portal, locate their name in the Marketing Module > Affiliates and select edit by the new Affiliate's name. On the slide-out, update the new affiliate's record to include their email address. On the affiliates list then select to resend the new affiliate the welcome email.

Step 1: Click on the + icon in the top right menu and select New Opportunity.
Step 2: Enter the new Customer's Name and if desired, their email address.
Step 3: In the Referral Source Field, click on the drop-down menu and select Affiliate.
Step 4: Search the affiliate list and select the affiliate that submitted the new lead.
Step 5: If the affiliate is not already on your affiliate list you can add them to your list by typing their name and selecting, Add Affiliate.
