How can I register to send leads to NEX?
The NationalExpress Move integration is available to all SmartMoving customers and is a free feature to utilize. Navigate to your integrations page in your settings and register today!

What types of leads can I send to NationalExpress Move?
Leads where the origin and destination are not in the same state can be sent to NEX. NEX is not supporting leads to Canada at this time. Only interstate leads that are new or in progress can be sent to NEX. Once a lead becomes an opportunity it can no longer be sent to NEX.
How much commission can I earn for sending a lead to NEX?
SmartMoving customers receive 5% of the settled linehaul. For example, if the linehaul on a long-distance move is $8,000, you receive $400 for the completed move.

You can track the lead referrals you sent to NEX right from SmartMoving using the NationalExpressMove Referral Details Report. For more information about this report visit: NationalExpress Move Referral Details Report.
Which lead referrals will I earn a commission for?
You can track your leads using the NationalExpress Move Referral Details Report. You are eligible to earn commissions on the booked and completed moves.
How can I update my registration information or my payment information?
Please use the NEX portal to manage your NationalExpress Move (NEX) account (including credentials and payment information). You will need the email and password that you chose during your initial registration, or you will need to reset your password using the NEX portal.
