We’ve updated the Settings navigation to make it easier to access, understand, and configure the tools your team uses every day. This update includes a new search bar, reorganized categories, combined sections, and a structure built to support future enhancements.
Overview of What’s New
A brand-new search bar at the top of Settings
Clearer and more consistent grouping of related settings
Combined settings where functionality naturally fits together
Newly added categories to better organize expanding features
A reorganized Tariff section with a more structured hierarchy
These changes help streamline setup, simplify navigation, and provide a consistent experience for all users, whether your team is learning the system for the first time or configuring advanced pricing and automation rules.
1. NEW: Global Settings Search
A search bar now appears at the top of the Settings page. You can type in any keyword (like “tariff,” “valuation,” or “permissions”) and jump directly to the setting you need.
What this adds
Quick access to any setting from one place
Support for partial matches and flexible keyword searching
Direct links that take you straight to the setting
Faster navigation during daily use and system configuration
This is the fastest way to navigate Settings and works across all categories and subsections.
2. Updated Settings Navigation Structure
We reorganized the entire Settings menu to group related items together and merge categories with overlapping functionality. This creates a cleaner, more predictable structure.
Key structural updates
Estimate Lists and Estimate Settings are now combined into a single Estimates section
Quote Form settings are now part of Forms & Documents
The former Communication category has been retired
Email / SMS Templates are now located within Company Settings
Accounting and Profitability are now combined into Accounting & Profitability
A new Workflow Automation category has been added for automation rules
This updated structure groups related configuration areas together and creates a more streamlined menu.

5. Tariff Settings: Organized Into Clear Categories

Tariff configuration now follows a logical flow:
