Overview
When you export reviews from the Marketing area, you can control what data is included and how each row of the file is organized. Choose whether to include SmartMoving Review Surveys alongside public reviews, and choose between a single row per review or a separate row for each crew member. The export runs as a background job and is delivered to your inbox as a CSV.
Before You Start
You need access to Marketing > Reviews and permission to use the Export option in the reviews list.
How to Export Reviews
Go to Marketing, then Reviews.
Click the hamburger menu in the top right of the reviews list and select Export.
The Export Reviews slide-out opens.
Choose your date range at the top of the slide-out.
In the Content section, decide whether to include SmartMoving Review Surveys:
Leave the Include SmartMoving Review Surveys toggle off to export only public reviews (default).
Turn the toggle on to include SmartMoving Review Surveys alongside public reviews.
In the Export Structure section, choose how each row of the file is organized:
One row per review (default): Each review becomes a single row. All crew members appear comma-separated in the Crew column. Best for reviewing feedback.
One row per crew member: Reviews with multiple crew members are repeated — one row per crew member — with one crew member per row in the Crew member column. Best for crew performance reports.
Click Export. A confirmation appears in the app, and the CSV is delivered by email when ready.
Key Details
The Include SmartMoving Review Surveys toggle is off by default. If you do nothing, only public reviews are exported.
One row per review is selected by default in the Export Structure section.
When One row per review is selected, the last column is labeled Crew and contains all crew members in a single cell, separated by commas.
When One row per crew member is selected, the last column is labeled Crew member, and review data is repeated so each crew member appears on their own row.
Reviews with no crew assigned produce one row in either layout, with the crew column left empty.
The export is sent by email as a CSV attachment. It does not download directly from the browser.
