Overview
The Account Details page keeps account paperwork on three tabs. Use Documents for documents you apply from your document library and send for signature. Use Files & Photos to store contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Use Activity to review a timeline of changes and actions taken on the account.
Before You Start
Available to companies with Smart Pro.
You must have Accounts permission.
The account must already be created.
Documents Tab
The Documents tab holds documents you apply from your document library, and tracks whether your contact has signed them. It is a different thing from Files & Photos, which is for files you upload.
The table has four columns:
Column | What it shows |
Document | The document name. Selecting it opens the document. |
Status | Not Started, Signatures Requested, Completed, or Signatures No Longer Needed. |
Commercial Portal | A toggle controlling whether the contact sees this document in the Commercial Customer Portal. |
Applied Date | The date the document was applied to the account. |
Each row's three-dot menu offers View, Request Completion, Cancel Completion Request, Reset Document, and Delete.
Use the search field and the All Statuses filter to find a document in a long list. When nothing has been applied yet, the tab reads "No Documents" and prompts you to apply a document from the document library.
Note: The Commercial Portal toggle and Request Completion are independent. A document can be visible in the portal without a signature request, and turning the toggle off hides a document even while a request is outstanding.

Activity entries display in a vertical timeline format with color-coded icons that indicate the type of activity.
