How can I track the pickup and delivery spreads for my estimates?

SmartMoving allows you to add both pickup and delivery spread information to your estimates.

  1. Open an opportunity and click the Estimate tab.

  2. Navigate to the Trip Info Panel

  3. Select Add Pick-up/Delivery Spread

This will add a new card to the estimate editor where you can enter as much (or as little) information as you want:

Example: A customer wishes their pickup to occur between April 11th and April 15th from 8am to 12pm. They want the delivery to occur between April 17th and April 19th between 12pm and 5pm. You would enter these requests like this:

Booked opportunities with pickup and/or delivery spread information can be viewed in the Dispatch module by going to the Trips Tab:

An opportunity is removed from the Trips tab once it is closed. Read more about trips here: How to plan, schedule, & track long-distance moves
