The Payment Ratio report can be found in the Reports module.

This report shows you all of your transactions for a selected date range, as well as the total percentage of each payment type.

Note that you may see "Unknown" as one of your card types. This happens when your payment gateway doesn't report the card type after a transaction is processed.
