An opportunity can have multiple jobs. For example, you might have a packing job and a moving job that each occur on different days. SmartMoving adds these jobs separately so that you can accurately track the job-related costs and more easily manage each job.
Having separate jobs also allows you to dispatch them independently. That means you have the flexibility to assign different crews or assign the jobs to different days.
Add additional jobs to an opportunity
Open an opportunity and click the Estimate tab.
Click Add Job.
Select the job type.
Note: These job types can be customized in your SmartMoving settings by navigating to Settings > Estimate Lists > Service Types.
Click the Schedule to update the date and time, if desired.
