Overview

The reporting engine allows you to run reports for specific date ranges, view specific data by filtering, and export the report to Excel. The organized layout and formatting allow you to select the metrics that you want to view and easily pull the data that you need. Once you have the needed data, you can export the report to an Excel file. You can even schedule to have the report emailed to you and other recipients daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

What's New in SmartMoving Reports?

Date Parameters

The new reporting engine allows you to run reports for broader periods. You are still able to manually select specific dates to view the report for, but now you are also able to run reports for the quarter, the year, and all time. The date ranges can also now be run for the past, current, or future. This allows your team to compare your reports over time and to view projections for the future.

How to Select a Date Parameter

To select a date parameter simply select the Date Range icon located in the top right-hand corner of the report that you are accessing. Next, from the pop-up menu select the correct period you wish to view from the column on the left. Then, select Apply.

Filters

The reporting engine also includes new filtering capabilities. Filters allow you to narrow the results of a report down to an organized view that is useful for your company. Different reports have different filters that you can apply depending on what metrics the report includes. Some of the filters available are:
