The Pre-Move Survey application settings allows you to adjust your settings for the application if desired. There are also, added support settings in this section to allow our team to assist you if ever necessary.
Settings
To view the settings on the Pre-Move Survey Application, navigate to the menu icon located in the top right-hand corner of the application.
Next, from the slide-out screen select Settings.
About
From the About section, you can view which version of the Pre-Move Survey Application you currently are on and which version of OS or Android your device is on.
Upload Photos on Wi-Fi Only
To allow photos to upload using the device's data, without needing Wi-Fi turn this toggle switch off. If you wish to only upload photos when the device is connected to Wi-Fi enable the toggle switch.
Note: The switch will be blue when enabled.
Show Short Codes
Inventory Items all have a short code that can be entered to quickly search for an item. To allow the short codes to populate in the application, turn this toggle switch to on. If you do not wish to have the short codes appear in the application, turn this toggle switch off.
Use Biometrics to Unlock
If you want to allow your Pre-Move Survey Application to unlock using biometric authentication such as your fingerprint or Face ID, turn this toggle switch to on. If you want to manually enter your password to log into the application, turn this toggle switch off.

In the event that you need to reach out to our support team, our team may ask that you navigate to this support section. Here you can send us your logs, database, and photos. This will assist us in troubleshooting the experience that you are having.
