Overview
The SmartMoving Crew Application now includes an Upcoming Jobs view as part of our beta release. This allows crew members to easily see their assigned jobs beyond just the current week, as long as those jobs have been assigned and published via the dispatch module. Crew members can use this view to confirm their availability, ensuring smooth communication with the office.

Today View
Bulk Confirmation: Notify the office of availability for multiple days (and all jobs assigned to those days) at once. This feature simplifies confirming availability across several days with a single action.
New Material Look: Crew members can now select the materials needed for a day's job. Simply click on the box on the right-hand side when an inventory has been added to the move to ensure you're equipped for the task.

How to Confirm Availability Using the Upcoming Jobs View
Open the Crew App: Log in to access the landing page.
Access Your Schedule: The new landing page immediately displays options to view your schedule for today or your upcoming jobs. Here, you can also confirm availability for these jobs.
Confirm Your Availability: Select the bulk confirmation feature to notify the office of your availability for multiple days.
Select Materials: For jobs that include an inventory, click the materials box on the right-hand side of the job view to select the items you need for the day.
