Overview
The Accounts landing page is your central hub for viewing and managing all commercial accounts. It displays key metrics at a glance, lets you search and filter your account list, and provides quick access to create accounts or drill into account details.
Before You Start
Available to companies with Smart Pro.
You must have Accounts permission to access this page.
How to Access the Accounts Landing Page
Click Accounts in the left sidebar.
Understanding the KPI Cards
Four KPI cards appear at the top of the page, giving you a quick snapshot of your account base:
Card | What It Shows |
New (30 Days) | Number of new accounts created in the last 30 days. |
Active | Accounts with at least one open job. |
Inactive | Accounts with no jobs or only closed jobs. |
Total Accounts | Total number of accounts. |

Note: KPI values refresh automatically after you add or delete an account.
Understanding the Accounts Table
The accounts table displays one row per account with the following columns:
Column | Description |
Business | The account name. Click to open the account details page. |
Account Status | The current status of the account (for example, "Active" or "Prospect") |
Total Projects | The number of projects associated with the account |
Lifetime Value | The total revenue generated from the account |
Account Representative | The team member assigned to manage the account |
Created Date | The date the account was created |
Sorting the Table
Click any sortable column header to sort the table. Sortable columns include:
Business (alphabetical)
Account Representative (alphabetical)
Created Date (newest or oldest first)
The table defaults to sorting by Created Date with the newest accounts first.
How to Search and Filter Accounts
Searching by Name
Locate the Search by Account Name field in the upper right area of the filter bar.
Type the account name you are looking for.
The table updates automatically as you type.
Filtering Accounts
Three filter dropdowns appear above the table:
Account Representative: Filter by the team member assigned to the account. Defaults to "All Representatives."
Source: Filter by the referral source. Defaults to "All Sources."
Account Status: Filter by account status. Defaults to "All Statuses."
Click any filter dropdown to open it.
Select the value you want to filter by.
The table updates automatically.
To remove all active filters, click Clear Filters (appears in red text when any filter is applied).
How to Open an Account
Click the account name in the Business column to go directly to that account's detail page.
Alternatively, click the three-dot menu on the right side of any row and select View Account.
How to Create an Account
Click + Add Account in the upper right corner of the page.

Pagination
The table displays 20 accounts per page. If you have more than 20 accounts, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.
