Container / Vault tags can be printed and include the following information:

  • Customer name

  • Account number

  • Date in

  • Delivery (or estimated) day out

  • Number of containers

  • Number of oversized items

  • Cubic feet

  • Number of pads

Printing container / vault tags

Navigate to Storage -> Accounts -> (or click here to go directly to the page) and select an account.

First, ensure containers are already assigned to the account by viewing the number of containers under the Storage Utilization tab.

Note: If there are no containers assigned to the account, you'll need to add containers to the account before you can print the label. You can also click the number of containers to view and edit the current containers or add new ones.

Then, click the Print Container Tag icon.

Next, (optional) if you wish to have a tag on each side of the vault/container, increase the number of copies to match the number and sides of the containers. For example, if there are two containers with four sides, increase the number of copies to eight.

Then, click Print.
