The Move Date Report shows opportunities that have not been booked. This report can be useful if you notice there is room in the schedule for additional moves. You can then use this report to see which moves could be followed up on to potentially book in the open schedule slots.

You can also use this report to see which opportunities have been sent quotes and which have not.

Navigate to Reports and under the Sales Reports section, click Opportunities by Move Date (or click here to go directly to the page).

Viewing opportunities by move date

Click the date filter to select a timeframe or enter a custom date.

This will show all opportunities with a move date for that specific selected timeframe or date that have not been booked yet (e.g., if you select May 11, it will show all opportunities with a move date for May 11 that haven't been booked).

Viewing whether quotes have been sent

In the Date First Sent column, if there is a date present, this is the date the quote was initially sent to the customer. If there is a blank, then a quote has not been sent to the customer yet.
