Important: Once you reopen a closed storage account, it resumes its normal / previous billing cycle.
Navigate to Storage > Accounts (or click here to go directly to the page).
Reopening a closed storage account
First, click the Active filter drop-down and select Closed.
Note: You can also use the main Search to find the account by customer name or ID number.
Next, click the Reopen Account icon.
Then, click Yes, reopen.
