On occasion, it might be necessary for your office staff to make changes to a job that is in progress. If your crew is using the mobile application, they will want to have those changes pulled down to the mobile application before finishing the job.
There are two methods for refreshing the data on the crew application.
Method 1
While completing the "Complete Job" wizard a refresh button will populate on the screen. The crew member should select, Refresh to update their application with any changes that have been made from the office.
Method 2
Navigate back to the job screen as seen below and tap the "three dots" menu in the upper right side of the application.
Additional menu items will slide into the bottom of the application. The crew member should select Refresh to have the application pull down any external changes.
