SmartMoving automatically generates a late fee for any account that is left unpaid past the grace period you've determined in your warehouse settings. However, you can waive late fees for any specific storage account as needed.
Waiving storage late fees
Navigate to Storage -> Accounts (or click here to go directly to the page), and select an account.
First, click the Customer Information tab.
Then, click the Waive Late Fees drop-down list and select Yes.
Once late fees are waived, this specific account will be exempt from late fees going forward.
